Sound, and especially music, plays a powerful role in supporting people living with dementia. In this session, we’ll explore how everyday sounds, including background noise, silence, and intentional use of music, can influence mood, engagement, and quality of life. We’ll discuss how to tune into our sound environments and make practical, meaningful changes to create more supportive, person-centred spaces through sound and music.
