This workshop offers an introduction to the role of music therapy within healthcare and community care settings, including how music therapists support emotional, cognitive, social, and physical wellbeing. Participants will learn how to locate and collaborate with accredited music therapists and better understand the intersections between music therapy and the Music Care CERTIFY Program. The session will highlight how music therapy and music care approaches can work together to create more responsive, person centred care environments.
