When The Light Shines Through: Music, Grief and the Path to Healing

This presentation will explore how music can both express deep grief and gently transform it. Drawing on her many years of experience as a grief counsellor and hospice music therapist, Dr. Mohan will share stories and songs written with families coping with profound grief. She will invite the audience to consider music’s capacity to give voice to loss, to sustain ongoing connections, and to create pathways for healing.
